Hello Tt.net I have not post anything on this forum for a few years now. My z have been running fine until one morning it cranks but wont start. Things that I already checked - No spark on any cylinder -ECU code 55 -Fuel pump primes when turn on the key - no corrosion at the ptu (new style s2), ground wire is tightly secured .I have replace new EFI engine harness -I cant get access to the fuse box because I have relocated inside the wheel liner and my car is sitting too low on the ground (will get to it as soon as I can). However I checked for constant 12v on the middle terminal of the ignition coil with the key turn on using a multi meter It gave me 3-4 volts and the same with the key turn off. I read a post on TT.NET ,said I should get 12v with the key turn on.
questions: is it possible that I have a bad Ign Coil Relay? Is there an easy way to check for bad ptu ? WHAT else should I check for ?
