That rear bolt is no problem with a crows foot and ratchet. You do NOT have to remove the radiator. Remove the top radiator hose. This allows access to a shroud screw hiding below it. Also lets the top shroud slide up. Remove the 4 screws that fasten the shroud to the radiator. Shroud is two pieces. Slide half out the bottom and half out the top. Remove the fan. I've replaced the compressor with and with out the radiator in place. Made no difference. Plenty of room.
