Message I needed another opinion and you pretty much confirmed what I was thinking. Passenger turbo (pt) spools gets loud at around 2300 driver turbo (dt) sounds like it kicks in at 3200.boost is supposed to be at 14 right now for ease of tuning. It'll bump up to 16 and since the wastegate are teed or would have an overall higher rpm to slow down from when they open at the same time so would produce the spike followed by stability as well as the low spool on one side. As well as the excess heat from the higher compression on one side.(till it equalized through balance tubes.

Thanks for replying I hate throwing parts hoping to fix I like knowing almost for certain what the issue is
