Ugg. I thing the whole tranny needs to be taken apart to get the bearing. It is making the whirling/chatter sound that goes away with clutch all the way down and it stops making noise in 5th as the bearings are rotating in unison. I need to replace my Z1 flywheel as well as the starter teeth on the flywheel are busted off. Less than 3K miles. Going back to stock flywheel and replace the throw out bearing while I'm in there. I can't tear down a tranny and fix those. No press or giant long bearing pullers.
