Message	1. that's a diagnosis mode to test the idiot lights to see if a bulb is out, so all should light up. 2. probably voltage regulator internal to the alternator is faulty. 3. they would load test to stress regulator and windings of the alternator. 4. if there was a short, maybe, or other wiring issues are going on. 5. whatever shop you fancy, local places, rockauto, amazon, ttnet sponsors. 6. relay box in one of the fuse panels. probably blue.
