a positive offset that is less than the original, will push the wheel out farther from the wheel hub. If anything you might be too far out with the tire and need to roll the fender. Although I can't see why 275 would be too wide... that's a common rear tire width on the Z32. The tipping point seems to be around 295 and into the threes. Then you're looking at fitment issues. Again the key is the offset, and since you've already committed yourself, you'll have to make it work with the tires' width and fender edges. I dont think there are any suspension/brake issues to worry about. I'd buy tires from a retailer that will allow you test fit before you purchase. Some of the other members here have more experience with this than myself.
