Message	My 1994 300ZX TT, at 115,000, was developing increasing valve noise. Consulted Concept Z in Phoenix, and trusted local mechanic, and then blended their advice. 1. Half a can of Sea Foam into oil, half into gas, drive 200 miles with 3000 RPMs a good part of the time, within a couple of days. 2. Drain or suck 1 quart of oil out. 3. Add 1 quart of Dexron ATF, drive 8-10 miles. 4. Drain all oil, remove filter. 5. Fill with Castrol 10/30 (non-synthetic), new filter. 6. Listen with stethescope. Noise gone. Worked for me. If not better, repeat. Or, pull the top off and spend some money. Your choice.
