Subject	Upper radioator hose collapsing...?

Message	Fluid level seems fine and the car is running at normal temps... but this morning I went outside and the upper radiator hose was collapsed... Is this a sign of blockage to the reservoir? (which I believe was working fine before I changed the coolant) Former Stage V addict... off the wagon.
