Subject	Lightweight aluminum pulley squealing?

Message	Anyone else here had problems with a squealing aluminum lightweight pulley? Done about everything I could think of- loosened it, tightened it, set it to stock specs- no matter what, the car squeals for 10-15 seconds on cold start, then quiets down and stays quiet as long as the engine is warm. The pulley isn't undersized, just light, polished, and aluminum. Thoughts? Anyone found a way to fix that awful squealing?
