Message	The new bulkhead pass through wiring harness has an o ring that wasn't sealing. I had another thicker o ring on hand with the same diameter and that sealed that up. I also moved the fuel pressure gauge to be after the fuel rail prior to fpr. Started the car up and had no fuel leaks and 43.5 psi base pressure was easily achieved.
