Subject	Bell Housing Spacer Plates

Message	This is the smaller of the two plates sandwiched between the bell housing and the rear of the engine block. Seems like at least in part, these plates isolate the flywheel and protect it from oil, when the rear crankshaft seal leaks. Wondering if the rubber part (a bit broken on mine) is important. Don't see this on Z1's replacements. Could this still be obtained?
