It cranks over fine but once it starts engine speed climbs slowly for about 3-5 seconds before reaching proper Idle speed and runs perfect afterwards. It does this on cold starts and at operating temp. Vacuum is steady at 21 inHg at idle but when I turn the defrost the idle drops slightly and the needle on the gauge “vibrates” rapidly between 18-19 inHg, not sure if it’s related. The IACV, FICD, air regulator and corresponding hoses are all new as well as the EFI harness so I dont think either of those are the cause of the issue. However, I haven’t set the idle on the IACV or the TPS yet I will be doing that tomorrow. I also noticed a “hissing” sound on the driver side when I cut the engine off. Apparently the dipstick guide didn’t seal properly so crankcase pressure is venting from the block at the base of the tube.
