Message	In Ca, your car must be as it left the factory.. If you Get a NON-Ca Jwt ECU then the Cell will not be present, and you will not have that issue.. A JWT-CA-ECU is looking for the EGR Temp Sensor you do not have.. If you deleted the usual, EGR, PRV, anything related to the IAC, then you will fail the Visual check I had to explain the PTU Sub Harness Delete.. that was OK BUT the PRV Delete was deemed to be a 'Smog Alteration' and I had to put it back..
