Subject	With Cali emission JWT Ecu will EGR delete throw a code?

Message	I recently replaced the efi harness with one from wiring specialties, the new harness came with an EGT connector but the old one didn’t. Is this WS way of making fitment universal or am I missing something? Its a Cali car that I bought as a shell, it still had AIVs so I’m sure the Egr system was intact the last time it ran. It came with the “CAL” JWT Ecu and the engine goin in has all the typical deletes except PCV, can I get away with that or is a reprogram needed?
