Message operating normally and your vent temp is high (circa 60F), then in all likelihood problem is withing the distribution box. This is where the heater mini radiator is housed, the 4 door control motors and the water valve. Curiously, although this is the one and only auto a/c car I ever messed with (all others were r12 manual systems), the flow of hot coolant into the heater core and the "blend" door position are controlled together in unison by the one motor whose shaft location is known by the a/c computer.

BTW (you have not posted the year of your car) if you converted an r12 system to r134a, you better have installed a late model condenser, or else...
