Message	components are brand new OEM and less than 2 years old, with the exception of the evaporator and expansion valve which I bought aftermarket from A/C kits.com One possible issue is when I rewrapped the expansion valve I didn't use the tar tape, but used a different type of insulation, kind of like a foam with adhesive. Could that be causing the issue? I do get condensation from the A/C, but only when I put the cabin fan on low and the temp seems to lower when I run the cabin fan on low.
