Message I'm not an expert in diagnosing by sensor data but your ignition timing numer doesn't make sense to me and your maf voltage seems to indicate high idle(?) Was the car fully warmed up when pulling this data? What engine rpm? If you have a boost/vacuum gauge installed how much vacuum at idle?

First, you should open the hood and with a calm approach look over everything. Maybe there's something you missed? Do the boost leak test. If the car still doesn't start, you can check your fuel pressure and check if each of your injectors is opening by clicking them with power and ground or spinning the CAS off of the car. Check if your fuel lines are not leaking or kinked. If you can smell fuel out of the exhaust when cranking, go after spark. Check the CAS and PTU connectors for corrosion. Check your base timing with a timing light.
