Message	So I have been having idle problems when driving at night with lights on. Voltage sits around 13.5 when driving, but when I get to a stop light and hit the brakes, voltage starts bouncing around to ~12.8 up to 13.3. Lights dim obviously and the RPMs bounce around with voltage. I've had some wiring shorts repaired, but I haven't been able to figure this one out. Anyone have this type of ridiculous problem? Any ideas where to start? I have cleaned the MAF, replaced Temp sensor, replaced fuel lines that are easily accessible. Plugs are also pretty new (less than 2 years). And I don't drive the car so much anymore because its a pain to drive at night. The minute I get this fixed, I'm driving it all night long just to feel normal again.
