Message Usually when multiple electrical items start acting up at the same time there is a short circuit somewhere. A short to ground tends to blow fuses.

I'd pull up the ECU harness diagram over on the z32 wiki and start checking wires of the affected systems in areas most likely to have been exposed to abrasion. The FSM has the harness layout to find where the harness goes through the car. It is a very very tedious process.

Since you're the original owner (niiiice) then it'd be easy to rule out someone's hack job. Do you recall any event (like maintenance, splashed through water...hit a pole hole) that preceded this problem?
