Subject	Horn relay not pulling in Previous thread locked

Message	For some reason my thread below is locked so I will continue it here. I checked my harness under the dash where the after market alarm was once connected everything I repaired a few years ago is fine. I have continuity from the horn button to the relay socket. I tried putting ground to each of the pins at the connector for the clock spring the horn did not fire. I'm now lost, help.
