Message	The 'smoke' might be normal, depending on severity, due to removing the stock cats (by installing test pipes). You didn't mention hi-flow cats.... Popping (backfire) can be the gap in your spark plugs. Are you running the correct NGK plugs? Someone familiar with Nistune will hopefully chime in.
