Subject	How do you Recondition Al Coolant Water Outlet Pipe?

Message	My water outlet pipe (block top to radiator top) continues to leak after I cleaned it as much as possible AND glued in the rubber pipes with RTV. Under normal ops the pressures in the coolant system is significant, especially after you shut the engine off. It doesn't take much for this system to leak. I have an extra water outlet pipe but it also has pitting. What's the best way to recondition the aluminum of the coolant pipes? OverZealous (CT) My General posts (click)
