I got back from the beach yesterday afternoon so I wasn't able to get finished but I was able to get some work done. I pulled the driver side valve covers & resealed them & got the driver side pcv hoses installed. All the lines & gaskets were old & brittle. The exhaust cover had obviously been leaking down & burning off the turbo. I'm replacing the fuel lines too & was just going to re-use the screw clamps but decided I'd at least replace the front under plenum line with the newer spring clamps so hopefully it won't leak next winter. So waiting on those & the egr block off plates. Should get the passenger side in the morning. It hasn't been all that fun but it was needed. Plenum will be much easier to pull next time & I'll have much less to worry about. Be nice to not smell burning oil every time I stop.
