Subject	Brake Lamps NOT Turning Off

Message	My rear brake lamps (including 3rd brake light) are not turning off. I removed the rear brake lamps fuse from the fuse box in the engine bay and the brake lights turned off; but, that really isn't solving my problem. Is there a rear lamp switch somewhere that I can access? If so, the switch may be stuck or faulty altogether. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
