This might be a dumb question, but when switching over your Automatic vehicle to a Manual transmission, should you have the ECU changed as well? Reason I ask is because I did the swap years back, I never did change my ECU. (I have an upgraded ash spec from what I remember). But i plan on doing a Motor swap over the winter with upgraded turbos so I assume to accommodate that I will need my ECU re programmed as well. And at that time would I describe my vehicle as a Manual (because that's what it is....Or an Automatic...because that's what it was?)
