Message	13-15 is the Idle Routine figuring if all is OK.. The Idle does not know if it's at 13 or 10.. it's the same input from the Narrow band O2 Sensor.. so the logic of the Idle Circuit is to Bump to 'Lean' to see how far it has to go to 'Lean' the mixture to finally see it on the O2 Sensor. I don't know about your other problem.. Cj
