Have you ever considered trying the Nascar trick of tapping into cool water flow at the water pump with hoses to the coolant drains at the rear of the block? Edelbrock makes a water pump for small block Chevy motors with holes drilled and tapped for fittings to accomplish this. It also requires return lines back to the hot side of the water flow or it just cancels itself out. The heater outlet might provide this path.Before this, engine builders had to fabricate their own setups. Since you can't put a Chevy water pump on a Nissan block, you would have to figure out your own rig. The idea is to get cool water to the back of the block since it's the farthest from the radiator. If it's a big enough problem, this might be a solution. Hope you can see what I'm saying, I tend to ramble.
