Subject	steering control valve solenoid serviceable?

Message	part number: 49810-33P01 The wire on mine got ripped off very close to where it mounts to the solenoid itself and there's very little wire left, probably not enough to solder anything to. if i remove it, can it be taken apart so that i could put new wires through from the inside? Thanks!
