I currently use an Odyssey PC680 and it sits on my stock battery tray with a tie down that I fabricated at work. I want to eliminate the battery tray and use a mount that would hold the battery to the firewall. Basically 'floating' and hung on the wall, instead of sitting on the tray. Are there any issues I should be concerned with by drilling/tapping into the firewall in that area? *this is a US spec right hand drive car and the battery is on the passenger side. The new case would use about 2 or 3 screws on each side of the battery case and would not go in further than about 1/2" into the firewall. The mount will look like this; [ http://www.stokershotrodfactory.com/product/aluminum-odyssey-battery-mount-680/ ] Thanks, Vinnie
