To add some extra info: I wan't sure about if the injectors and coils were plugged into the right spots when I put it all back together so I took the time to check each injector was connected to the right wire on the ECU, so I tested each on with my Fluke DMM. I already found that the wire that connects to the EGR pinched between the upper and lower plenums, so undid a bunch of stuff and fixed it. Still no start. I also bought a cheap Noid light test kit to see if things like the fuel injectors are pulsing. The only weird thing that I did while the plenum was off the car was ran out of ambition for a while so the car sat for 6 months to a year with out being touched.
