Message I did the same job on my 2+2 recently - eibachs, Tokico Illuminas and all new rubber. Rented a spring compressor from advance auto (free if you return it in the time period, which is like 60 days) - worked fine.

I managed to get the rears out with no special tools, and by myself - saw some redneck youtube video - they showed using a largish flat blade screwdriver to lever slightly in the right place, and out they popped. The weight of the wife was sufficient to get the new ones in...

Cut some holes in the rear interior panels for manual adjustment of the Illuminas, plugs from h/w store. It works, looks fine too.
