Message	following: 1. Boost leak 2. Recirc valve that's leaking 3. Wastegate actuator arm has popped off the lever. 4. Failed turbo. I would start with the easiest and work towards the hardest. I doubt that the boost solenoid is dead. Stock wastegate actuators would still boost to 7 psi with a bad solenoid.
