Went back and confirmed fuel pressure is good. By passing the PRVR just returns to the rough idle. Pulling the vac hose off the side of the plenum and then capping that port results in the same smoother idle at 45 psi fuel pressure. I've gone over all my vac lines many times and they've all been replaced still somehow the engine idles like it has a vacuum leak? I also noticed I am getting positive pressure released from the gas cap instead of a vacuum? Gas cap is OE.
