Its consistent, every time I get to 2800 RPM there is a rather large boost in power with anything over half throttle. It's become rather apparent after putting on a pop charger, the bottom edge of it is flush with the splash shield. The engine doesn't sputter, buck or hesitate it revs up smoothly then boom suddenly takes off almost like a little mini turbo is down there and it keeps going through the whole RPM range without issue. Injectors, plugs, TPS, O2's all OE new. Vacuum lines, timing, TPS all tested ok and set properly. No codes... It'd be strange if it were just tuned that way since its a 96 but I kinda doubt that.
