Subject	Need help. Ignition/Starting issue

Message	My 91 NA is not cranking over. I have replaced the positive and negative battery cables, refreshed all of the secondary wiring connections to the battery, replaced the battery, ran a "backup" or "secondary" ground wire directly from the negative battery post to the starter, just to be sure.. replaced the starter and replaced the starter relay. Still get just one relay click when I turn the key. Starting to get very frustrating. I'd GREATLY appreciate any input or ideas of what other things I should take a look at to fix this issue.
