My 93'tt block is at the machine shop and recently discovered that there is a reliability concern using a reground crankshaft. Does the problem arise from a clearance error by the engine builder, the bearings that are used or something else that someone can shed some light on?
I believe the crankshaft was sent out for regrinding already, should i take my chances or try and find a crankshaft in better conditions(having trouble finding any at all).
