in the system it can have asymmetric issues like that. Be sure there are no leaks, if there are, fix them, refill and bleed the hell out of the system. Be sure to complete a ton (like 100) full left stop to right stop steering wheel cranks and keep filling/watch for burps in the reservoir. When i changed out my high pressure line, and bled the system, i had the same issue you did so i went back and bled like crazy and that fixed it.
