I just did this, tt swap and 5spd at the same time. On the 5spd swap, use the one piece ss hose for clutch line. The ps and ac lines are all different. Ac condenser and rad are different. Get an aftermarket oil cooler and intercoolers. Going to need turbo piping, couples, and bovs. R1 has a bracket to make the tt rad use the na mounting points. You need the clutch pedal and cut the auto brake pedal. Use the auto harness and splice in the reverse lights, they are 2 green wires. Clutch' flywheel, and slave. Also an na clutch master cylinder. Finding all the bolts for everything will be hard. U need a tt fuel pump or a 255 walbro.
