Message I'm pretty sure the turbo oil feed line Banjo Bolt Block that screws into the engine block is leaking. I've replace the copper washers of the banjo bolt a couple times with no luck. Put a bunch of RTV around the block (didn't really think it would help). With the line disconnected that block is easily turned by hand. Unfortunately I can't tighten or remove the block because it hits the turbo on rotation.

Any ideas on how to fix this without removing the turbo/engine? I've considered trying to cut the block off and replace the block and line with SS line kit (haven't fully thought through if I can even fit something up there to cut it off). Can the SS oil line kit be installed with turbos in place? Will 90 deg fitting hit the turbo when trying to install? Note this is a JDM engine, not sure if these fittings & lines are different from USDM. Thanks
