Message Assuming you 100% tested all those items, including:

-Removing spark plug, ground to manifold, verify spark (rules out bad electrode, coil pack)
-Testing injector signal with noid light, verify injector cycling via battery (if its partially running your timing should be close enough for all cylinders to fire)
-Testing compression with all plugs removed, throttle open

Cant assume any single thing.

PTUs tend to fail warm, sometimes function cool. Wiring tends to vibrate loose.
