My 93 NA has started having the fast idles, mostly 1100-1200 when warmed up. I followed Robo procedure for lubricating the IACV with WD-40 and it helped for a couple of days. I read somewhere that the solenoid(s) may be stuck. I can unstick something by failing to avoid a pothole; has worked twice so far, but it's not an elegant solution. The idle drops right down to 750 after the jolt. Other than pulling the air tube off again and squirting more WD-40 in there, what else could I try short of pulling out the whole unit for cleaning? Any relationship to the TPS? Thanks.
