Subject	Child seatbelt torque?

Message	I have misplaced the paperwork that came with my childseat seatbelt. This belt bolts into the car down in the door sill and from there on feeds behind the carseat to the buckle. I need to know the torque spec on the bolt that connects the belt to the car, down in the door sill. Please and thank you!
