I have a no crank scenario and have been following several threads on here and elsewhere but am still unable to get this thing to crank over. What I have done: Had battery tested at interstate batteries, was dead on two cells, replaced still nothing Had starter tested, was bad, replaced (twice, both tested bad brand new) Verified 12.55 V at starter battery connection verified 11.58V on starter wire when key turned to start position but starter never cranks, still need to try a wire ran directly from battery to solenoid with a momentary switch to see if bypassing system works Am I correct in that if 11.58V to solenoid wire when trying to start the car doesn't activate the solenoid then only thing left is ground or something in the factory wiring system so bypassing would tell me if it is either a ground (no crank of starter) or wiring harness (if the momentary switch direct to battery engages solenoid and car turns over) ? Thanks for any help, or if I am missing something please let me know
