Message Sound to me that you are on the right path. To save a couple dollars, just reuse the 120K components, since it only has 3000 miles on them. You will need to do a little grinding of your NA bell housing to make the TT clutch/flywheel fit. Remember to swap over the NA PS too, especially the Aluminum bracket from the NA.

If you want to keep your AC, you will need the TT condenser and lines too.
