As with most DIY things they are not hard after you learn how. For the crank seal you need to pull the belt pulley as well as the crank shaft gear. That crank gear is not always cooperative with the correct puller and sometimes needs to be coached along with a sharp chisel. Then the seal needs to be removed. I carefully drill 3 small holes in the facing steel seal case. Holes sized for the pan head screws I will insert in the holes and uses to grab with lock pliers and pull on each till the seal rocks out. There are other methods. For putting the new crank and cam seals back see the timing belt write up here on TT site. The cam seals take a similar approach for removal. At each seal be very careful not to scratch the riding surface or you will be in the crapper with a leaks and a bigger repair job. Post pics of the cam and crank seal areas before any work on them.
