Subject	Dash lights and pod lights not working

Message	Just bought a 91 TTZ 131,00 miles unmodified engine wise. It appears to be that my dashlights and pod lights aren't working when I turn my running lights on. Blinkers and other systems appear to be working, and my radio doesn't work but I feel that shouldn't affect the pods and dash. Also note someone installed the aftermarket gauge rings and their is an aftermarket alarm installed. Its a super old Viper system. I've checked fuses and tested the connectors going to the bezel and the power appears to be getting to the plugs. Coolant, RPM, MPH, boost, oil, and fuel are all reading fine. Thanks in advance for the info and really appreciate any insight. LIFE IS GREAT WITH BOOST ??
