all accessory belts, tensioner, idler pulleys and bolts, as for the crank and 4 cam seals your car is 26 years old and they should be done. But if you are not experienced with pulling the old seals without damage to the seal riding surface you could make things worse than leaving them alone. Do you have access to someone with experience on this? When you pull the timing belt covers off if the crank and/or cam seals show signs of leaking oil you have no choice but to replace them all even if just 1 of the 5 are leaking.
