What condition was the engine in before you stored it? With that amount of time it would probably be a safer bet to disassemble/inspect everything (all plumbing, oil lines, rubber hoses for cracks, bugs, nests, etc) than to get it running as is. In addition to the above post about changing all fluids, I wouldn't be surprised if it needs new rubber (hoses, seals, and tires). Depending on a lot of factors you could also have corroded cylinder walls which would warrant a rebuild, but I wouldnt dive directly to that conclusion until you can get it running and monitor compression/oil consumption (or if you have a bore-scope, or want to do some exploratory disassembly). Check all your plumbing for bugs, nests, etc.
