But since noone else is chiming in, I'll give you a few suggestions. From what I've read, 20psi is too high for stock turbos, e85 or not. They run out of steam at around 18psi, and even that is pushing it. You'll quickly burn these out on 20psi. I would either do the PCV re route, or return them to stock. PCV's can cause oil burning issues if malfunctioning or not hooked up right. The dipstick blowing out can be a result of a PCV malfunction... Hate to say it, but you should really do a compression test... Bad rings can cause all of your symptoms.
