Firstly, you are looking at it backwards.... the ecu triggers the injector/coilpack by grounding them (thus completing the circuit) If your coilpack works on other cylinders, it must be an ecu, ptu or wiring fault to cyl #3 (or your #3 connector or sparkplug) Your injector ohms out okay, but it might not be functioning due to lack of voltage or signal (or #3 connector) It can drive you to drink if you're not familiar with the Z32 electrics (and it can be frustrating when you are) To make life easier I always use the 300zx Ignition & Injection testers to help pinpoint the problem. They've saved me a heap of running round in circles chasing mystery misfires. . . . .
